supporting evidence as how nature and humans have used elliptical shapes solving design problems in sacred places / situations:
1) the galaxies are formed in elliptical shape – showing the balance of gravitational forces in the galactic world
2) the planets move around Sun in elliptical shape .. balancing the gravitational forces among the planets and Sun .. these harmonic orbits have the center of attraction at the geometric center of the ellipse
3) the Colosseum in Rome, one of the seven wonders of the world, is designed in Elliptical shape to provide maximum viewing for the audience.
4) the oval office in The White house is designed in elliptical shape representing highest power in the human world.
The solar system is a great example of how nature balances its own forces in elliptical shape

an ellipse is represented using eccentricity .. in mathematics, eccentricity, denoted e or ε, is a parameter associated with every conic section .. it can be thought of as a measure of how much the conic section deviates from being circular … e.g. the eccentricity of a circle is zero .. the eccentricity of an ellipse which is not a circle is greater than zero, but less than 1 .. the eccentricity of a parabola is 1 .. the eccentricity of a hyperbola is greater than 1 .. & the eccentricity of a line is infinite .. so is mine ..?
in summary, being eccentric, an ellipse can be used to define practically any [two dimensional] shape .. from a line to a circle to a parabola or a hyperbola
interestingly, eccentricity is also used to define human behavior .. eccentricity (also known as quirkiness) refers to an unusual behavior on the part of an individual, but who can show more eccentric behavior than stock market .. right ?
and if you agree with me so far and put the two pieces together .. stock market shows an eccentric behavior and an ellipse is represented by its eccentricity, then stock market must follow elliptical shape and so it does ..!
on the market behavior page, i have described that stock market follows the pattern generated by the movement of a pendulum .. but do you know that a pendulum’s moves can be defined using an elliptical shape .. the general solution for a harmonic oscillator in two or more dimensions is also an ellipse .. for instance, a long pendulum that is free to move in two dimensions; of a mass attached to a fixed point by a perfectly elastic spring; or of any object that moves under influence of an attractive force that is directly proportional to its distance from a fixed attractor.

ms. market is like an oscillating pendulum in an environment where wind can blow in any direction, anytime … so, as long as there is some force in action, a pendulum will stay in motion … so does market, she is either moving long or short but never in neutral .. and even when people refer that she is moving sideways, just go a lower level in time and you will see a huge movement (watch the video in next section for an explanation) … so market is always in perfect imbalance as one side is always winning.
now, imagine the pendulum is standing still, and as you push the ball or the wind blows, it starts oscillating immediately – that’s the efficient part … however, if you don’t know the direction & pressure by which the wind will blow during the swing, you can’t predict precisely how far the ball will go … but you can project various scenarios based on probability … as you know for sure that a pendulum will have a maximum amplitude, and then it retraces due to air friction …
the imbalance part [of market behavior] comes from human behavior … interestingly, it doesn’t matter whether you are an investment banker, an individual investor or a stock trader … humans are driven by greed & fear … and these emotions are common across geographical boundaries and cultures … exceptions to this behavior are rare, like Buffett and Miller, who can maintain self-control and have been practicing this for years … for the rest of you, i recommend trying meditation & yoga, before jumping into investments ..!
